Time Craft

time craft is a framework
in three moves:

see. choose. go.

See what matters. Choose with intent. Go with flow.

see

what matters

Seeing is where change begins.

You pause just long enough to catch the difference.
The
space between noise and what truly matters.

You can’t steer what you don’t see.

And you can’t change what you refuse to look at.

how it's practiced

I share small pauses that help you see clearly (moments, questions, and stories)

  • moments

A page that guides four rhythms each day. A cadence for focus, growth, clarity, and connection.

    PAGE ME
  • questions

One reflection question a day. Published every morning.

    ASK ME
  • stories

My Substack newsletter with tales from the past, present, and future—taking you off the beaten road of “time management” clichés, one week at a time.

    TAKE ME

choose

with intent

Every yes is a trade.

Choosing means narrowing to the few things that truly overlap with your values and goals.

Most people spread themselves thin.

The craft is choosing the overlap that matters.

how it's practiced

I create spaces and tools that help you clear, create, and connect with more intention. Check out our workshop for clear:

  • clear (beyond coffee)

An online session where you step back, reflect, and burn the clutter that’s been draining you.

    BEYOND COFFEE

how it's practiced

I create spaces and tools that help you clear, create, and connect with more intention.

  • clear

An intimate, in-person session over coffee where you step back, reflect, and burn the clutter that’s been draining you.

    BEYOND COFFEE
  • create

An in-person evening workshop for adults to draw, paint, and reconnect with the joy of making—a deliberate choice to create instead of consume.

    ARTISTS AFTER HOURS
  • connect

A smart quiz system that filters out the wrong leads and connects you only with the people ready to buy.

    FUTURE CLIENTS

go

with flow

Clarity without motion is delay.

Once you know what matters, the next step is flow: building systems that carry the load, so you can focus on what only you can do.

The right workflows let you move fast, stay focused, and still breathe.

how it's practiced

Whether it’s a workflow that automates your business or a mindset that resets your week, I help you turn chaos into clarity — by designing systems that run smooth, think ahead, and keep you in rhythm.

  • flow

See only what matters, when it matters.

Work moves naturally: from idea to done, without friction or fuss.

  • speed

    Momentum replaces micromanagement.

Things move on their own, freeing time for the work that actually counts.

  • trust

    Nothing slips through the cracks.

You know what’s happening, what’s next, and who’s on it, without chasing updates.

turning moments
into momentum

I think a lot of people are in this place where they’re doing quite a lot every day, but it still feels like things aren’t really moving in the way they hoped.

That was definitely true for me. For a long time, I assumed the fix was better organisation. I tried different calendars, task managers, and systems, mostly because they seemed sensible and other people I respected were using them. Some of them worked, but after a while I noticed I was spending a surprising amount of time just keeping the system running.

What kept happening was that everything felt important. When that’s the case, it’s very easy to stay busy without being very intentional about where your time is actually going.

So over time, I started simplifying things, partly out of frustration and partly because I wanted something that worked even on weeks that weren’t ideal.

I’d try to get clear on what mattered most at the moment. I’d consciously decide not to work on a lot of other things, even if they seemed useful or interesting. And then I’d just focus on making progress on whatever was left, without trying to tweak the setup as I went.

That general way of thinking is what Time Craft grew out of. It’s basically an attempt to make it easier to decide what to work on, and then actually work on it, without feeling like you need a perfect system first.

Time Craft System

make time yours again

With Time Craft, you shift from default to design by learning what matters, why, and when.

  • What Matters

Call it passion. Call it curiosity.

Some say it’s inborn. Others say it’s built.

But it’s hard to see from inside the noise.

Clarity begins when you step back and look.

To survive, you must find yourself, and it won't matter where you are.

  • Why It Matters

Anchor to something bigger than you.

A life wrapped around “me” shrinks under pressure.

    Stress builds. Meaning fades.

We were built to reach out.

    To care. To contribute.

The smallest we is still bigger than the loudest me.

To save yourself, you must step outside the self.

  • When It Matters

It matters at the moment of choice.

One path feels safe, the other sparks a fire.

Follow the spark. Take it as far as you can.

    Do not force the outcome.

Do what feels true, and let the rest unfold.

To live, find the moment in excitement.

What We Offer

  • Spaces

Sometimes, you just need space to think. These are small, in-person sessions for solopreneurs, leaders, and creatives who’ve been doing too much, too long—mostly alone.

    • Beyond Coffee — For solopreneurs ready to work on life, not just in it

Come for the clarity, connection, or just a clean page. You’ll find it here.

  • Tools

Simple resources to support reflection and rhythm.

    • Time Check —A Google Sheet that helps track where time really goes. Enter activities, see the totals, and get a clearer view of the day.
    • Still Pages — A small collection of short stories, essays, and poems. Meant for slow reading—especially at the end of the day, away from screens.
    • Crafted Days (coming soon) — A rhythm journal for spotting patterns and clearing mental clutter. Helps build days that feel more intentional, less rushed.

  • Pauses

Regular check-ins to slow down and see things differently.

    • Daily Reflection — A short prompt shared daily via Viber or Instagram. Each one is meant to spark insight, encourage alignment, and help build a rhythm for focused, meaningful days.
    • Weekly Expedition (Time Space Warp) — A weekly newsletter with stories from the past, present, and possible futures. Each issue offers a gentle nudge to reflect, reset, and make time for what matters.
